Anasazi Cliff Dweller Arrow Replica SOLD

This beautiful arrow is a museum-quality Anasazi/Cliff Dweller arrow based on original artifacts held in the Smithsonian that I examined several years ago.  This arrow copies the originals in every respect. 

The main shaft is reed and it's fletched with wild turkey tail feathers lashed front and back with sinew and glued to the shaft with hide glue.  The foreshaft is dogwood that tapers slightly toward the tip and it's tipped with a Pueblo Side Notched point made of translucent agate that's glued with pine sap glue and wrapped with deer sinew.  The paint is natural earth paints and is not store bought modern paint.  

Arrows just like this one would have filled the quivers of prehistoric Anasazi hunters and would have been used for hunting desert mule deer, rabbits, and other game.
