Replica Cherokee Arrow SOLD

This replica Cherokee arrow is based on original examples I've seen in the Smithsonian, as well as accounts written by early explorers. The main shaft is north Georgia river cane. The foreshaft is dogwood and it's tipped with a small triangular point of black Armuchee flint from North Georgia. The point has been glued with pine pitch glue and is wrapped on with real deer sinew. The fletch is wild turkey wing feathers cut in the distinctive eastern style and they've also been secured with deer sinew front and back. This arrow would have been used for hunting a variety of game, as well as defending against raiding groups. Shipped in sturdy PVC pipe to ensure safe delivery to your door.
