Banded Barbed Agate Point SOLD

Here's a really nice stemmed point made of heat-treated banded agate. The dark, root beer colored portions of the point are partly translucent when held up to the light and very fine bands of dark reddish-brown color can be seen when light shines through.  The barbs and tip are like needles in fineness and the edges are finely serrated and very sharp. This is the only piece of stone that I have like this, so once this gorgeous point is gone...it's gone.  Click on photo for larger image.
