3 Obsidian Arrowheads for Modern Arrows SOLD

These 3 mahogany obsidian arrowheads are mounted to short foreshafts of dogwood that have a threaded insert so they can be mounted to any standard sized modern carbon fiber or aluminum arrow.  They weigh 123, 130 and 133 grains.  The points are finely serrated and very sharp.  They're mounted with pine sap glue and then wrapped on with real deer sinew to create a very strong binding that will hold the points securely.  They provide 1-inch cutting diameters for heavy blood trails and quick, humane kills.  They are also side-notched and non-barbed to conform to states that require non-barbed arrowheads for hunting.  These points can be shot  from fiberglass traditional bows, crossbows or compound bows.

I also painted them to give them a little color, and I used the same colors of the coral snake...red, yellow and black.  Those colors are a universal warning in nature that the animal is dangerous.  And if you remeber the saying "Red touches yellow, kill a fellow.  Red touches black, venom lack."  Note how the red and yellow touch...yes, these points are dangerous!  

These would make a great gift for anyone who loves hunting and would like to add a unique addition to their arrows...and their hunting experience.
