Wintu Point SOLD

This beautiful replica Wintu point (also called Redding Side Notched in archaeological circles) is made from a thin flake of coastal plains flint from Florida.  It's a slightly off-white color with two darker bands of orage-brown crossing the midsection of the point.  It has very sharp, finely serrated edges and it tapers to a needle-sharp tip.  It's just under 1 3/4 inches long.  This point also comes in its own small individual case with a black velvet background that perfectly protects and displays the point.
