Buffalo Skinner Knife (SOLD)

This gorgeous knife has a really pretty blade of a synthetic glass called "rose quartz".  From a distance the blade appears transparent pink, but when viewed up close you can see the network of pink wisps within the blade that give it its color.  The handle is made of very dark brown Wenge wood that's been sanded to a smooth, polished sheen, giving this knife a really attractive contrast between blade and handle.  The rounded margains of the blade is an ideal shape for skinning, hence its name.  This is one of the coolest and prettiest knives I've made in a long time.  Every so often for artists things just seem come together to create something that's really unique, and this knife is an example of that.
